Challenge: Making VIP Customers Feel Truly Important 

A national car repair and maintenance company was celebrating its 25th anniversary and wanted to send special thank-you kits to each district sales manager’s top 10 fleet customers.

These customers came from a wide range of industries, including construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and mining. After seeing a similar kit that we had created for another client, they knew that Proforma Durkee was the company to turn to for an innovative, well-designed thank-you gift for their valued customers.

The goals included the following:

• Make the VIP customers feel truly important
• Reflect and reinforce the brand
• Use the anniversary as a branding moment that would remind people about the company's history and deep experience in the industry 

Solution: Creating Awesome Client Thank You Gifts

We created custom thank-you kits shaped like tool boxes that we knew the recipients would love. The boxes were designed with a realistic aluminum-diamond print. With our expertise in creating original thank-you gifts, we carefully selected the perfect gift items to place in the boxes: branded tape measures, High Sierra Multi-Tools, and Subway gift cards. Despite the tight deadline, we were able to have the boxes assembled and ready within two weeks.

The client was overjoyed with the final product. The thank-you gifts were well-received by the fleet customers, and the client was impressed with the care and dedication that we put into creating such a perfect, thoughtful client appreciation gift.
