How We Begin Our Relationship with Clients

The first thing we do is sit down with you and learn how you currently market your business. We ask LOTS of questions, including the following:

  • Who is your audience?
  • Why do you want to do this particular campaign (giveaway, event, email, etc.)?

From there, we figure out what you're trying to do, how you're trying to do it, and the many different ways we can help you do it seamlessly and cost-effectively. We'll identify ways to save money, streamlines processes, and integrate your marketing efforts for the biggest ROI.

We accomplish all this by calling on our marketing support team and leveraging Proforma's incredible state-of-the-art technology—from online store platforms to video marketing capabilities to warehousing and fulfilment centers to everything in between.  

Collaboration is Critical

The most successful client relationships are collaborative ones where both sides feel comfortable sharing ideas, concerns, input, and so forth.

Some clients, of course, want more collaboration and others want less (meaning they want us to take the ball and run with it and only involve them at key stages for review and approval). We tailor our approach to meet each client's specific needs and expectations.
